Itsallinthedtail is Infinity Wax accredited and fully insured, working entirely mobile — the setup arrives at the car, whether that's a private garage, a dealership forecourt or a driveway in Leeds. Paint is assessed before anything touches it, correction is done by measurement rather than guesswork, and coatings go on to properly prepared surfaces or not at all. A Ferrari 488 and a fifteen-year-old Fiesta get the same process, the same products and the same amount of patience. That is the whole idea behind the name.

Founded on being fussy
Itsallinthedtail Ltd is a mobile valeting and detailing business run out of LS16 in Leeds. Danny, the founder, built it on a simple habit: finishing a car only when there is nothing left to improve, then explaining how to keep it that way. Years of repeat clients — and a diary that now runs well ahead of itself — came from that, not from advertising.
The van, the dog and the same set of standards turn up together. Cars are looked after as if they were staying.

Home is LS16 — Cookridge, Adel, Horsforth and that side of Leeds — but the work is mobile, so most weeks involve driveways and dealership yards across the city and out through Harrogate, Wetherby, Otley, Ilkley and the villages in between. If a car is a reasonable drive from Leeds, it's worth asking.
